Accuracy is the foundation of our moderation system. Our Report Policy explains what constitutes a valid report and the consequences of false claims.

Report Protocol (2026)

Reports are used to maintain safety, trust, and transparency within the platform. All reports must be truthful, complete, and supported with valid evidence. False, misleading, or malicious reports will be denied and may result in penalties.

Valid Examples

  • User scammed $50 during trade [Proof included]
  • User did not deliver after payment [Screenshot]
  • User sent fake payment confirmation [Evidence attached]

Invalid (Denied)

  • He is a scammer — no proof
  • I feel scammed — no details provided
  • No evidence or incomplete reports

• Must be clear and verifiable

• No edited or cropped screenshots

• Full context required for chats

Prohibited Actions

• Filing false reports intentionally

• Harassment through report spam

• Coordinated false accusations

Violation Ladder

1.1st Violation: Denied with explanation
2.2nd Violation: Formal warning
3.3rd Violation: Temporary restriction
4.Severe Abuse: Permanent reporting blacklist

Appeals & Review

All reports and moderator decisions are subject to the Scamify review process. Incorrect decisions can be appealed via our support ticketing system provided additional valid evidence is presented. Final decisions are made exclusively by senior staff members.
